Karan Johar celebrates 18 Years of 'Kabhi KhushI Kabhie'

Some scenes from the iconic family drama "Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham", which starred many stars, may still be available. However, the movie is now 18-years old.




Karan Johar (Director) shared a celebratory message via social media to mark the occasion.
A 47-year old director/producer posted a video to Instagram. He captioned it "Blessed", and added the caption, "Blessed", to show his love for his parents and all the amazing people and groups he gets to work with.

Karan shared a clip with snippets of all the main characters from the film. The clip starts with Amitabh Bachchan's Yash Raiichand, played by the superstar Amitabh. It ends with a photo of the Raichand family with the words "Celebrating 18th Anniversary of 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Ganam" glowing in the background.

Karan Johar was the director and writer of the 2001 film. It was produced under the Yashraj banner. Rani Mukerji appears as a cameo.

"Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gaham” tells the story of a family who are troubled by misunderstandings about their adopted son (Shah Rukh Khan), marrying to a woman (Kajol) from a lower socioeconomic class.
